Come for a “quicky” or stay all morning with us.

 Emma and Anna are 2 local moms and business owners that moved recently to the area. We are looking to connect with other woman that want to feel good and be empowered, to create community and friendship, for support and growth.

We want to take care of the wonderful women in our community.

Come to nourish your mind, body and spirit while connecting with other women in our community.

You can meet with each facilitator in a small group for 15 minutes. Come with questions to fight aches and pains, get tips on how to work on your personal growth and goals, get a relaxing energy treatment and walk out with a fresh new make up look!

Come and enjoy dedicated time for YOU to pamper and care for your health and well being.

Emma’s healing is the summation of 25 years of passion in the healing arts.
Her education includes : Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Health Coach, Master in Biochemistry, Reorganizational Healing, seminars in Functional Medicine and Breath work, being a mom, a spouse, an entrepreneur, a traveler, a positive thinker and lover of Life. Expect to talk about what is limiting you and holding you back but also about your dreams, your goals and whatever will make you want to be happier, healthier and more connected.

Expect to unwind and process physical, emotional and mental stresses.

Anna Folmer is a 500 hours certified yoga teacher and has been teaching for more than 18 years. Anna’s objective is to be of service to the community and to bring physical and mental well being through the practice of yoga and meditation.

Burton Wagner, D.C. believe that the health of an individual is extremely important because it helps define the health of our society. If we are to live in a truly healthy and joyful society we need to have the greatest number of healthy and fulfilled individuals as possible. Dr. B will be offering some breathing exercises called the 12 Stages of Healing.
